Shipping Information
What locations do you ship to:
1. We ship orders via USPS Ground Advantage all over the United States.
Processing & Shipping:
We process orders and package products from the state of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Packages are taken to our local United States Postal Service and ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage.
1. In-Stock Items: We typically take1 to 3 business days for handling & processing orders that are currently in stock. Please allow 3- 7 business day to receive your order.
2. Out-of-Stock Items: There may be occasions where we are out-of-stock from certain items as they are in high demand. We do everything possible to avoid having items out-of-stock but it does happen. Please allow 7 to 21 business days to receive your order.
3. Shipment Delays: Please allow extra time for delivery of products due to factors such as delays beyond our control, peak season, holidays, backorders, distance, customs, natural disasters, postal delays and/or shipping strike.
4. Holiday & Weekends: Our business is closed on weekends and holidays and apologize for any inconvenience. We value our employees and allow them holidays & weekends to spend time with their family members, worship on Saturday or Sundays depending on their faith and most of all to recharge. Also, we do not ship on the weekends or holidays due to USPS being closed but rest assured that your order will be worked on quickly on the next business day and shipped.
Shipping | CHANGE OF ADDRESS, INCORRECT OR WRONG ADDRESS:
1. Change of Address: BellaFIT Body Contour is not responsible for making address changes to customer accounts. Customers are responsible for entering their correct addresses for shipment of products ordered. Please verify correct spelling of address and ensure that apartment numbers, letters, unit, building, etc is entered to ensure you receive the products ordered.
2. Wrong Address: If customer provides the incorrect address for shipment and the Post Office returns the products to BellaFIT Body Contour, an email will be sent to the customer to notify that product was returned. If customer wishes re-shipment, customer will be responsible for paying shipping and handling. BellaFIT Body Contour, is not responsible for deliveries that are made to incorrect addresses which are entered on our checkout page by the customer in error.
Tracking Numbers for Packages:
1. Tracking Numbers: All customers who place an order will be provided a tracking number to customers email as soon as we are able to ship your order. If you do not receive a tracking number to your INBOX, please check your Spam or Junk folders. Rest assured that Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order once items are shipped from the USPS.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages:
1. Lost Packages: If your package is long overdue or you think it may be lost in the mail, you should contact your local post office and request that a parcel tracer action be initiated to locate it. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen products.
2. Damaged Items: All of our products are sent to the customer in perfect condition and undamaged. We take pictures/videos of our items prior to shipping so that we know what was mailed/ shipped to our customers should a claim or complaint ever arise of damaged goods. If your product arrives damaged, please make a claim with the USPS and advise them that your products were damaged while in transit. We are NOT responsible for damaged products.
